Refund policy
Returns
- Food Items - Kyle’s Organics does not accept returns or exchanges on any food items.
- Merch - Kyle’s Organics offers a 30 day return policy on non-food items and merch. Merch returns or exchanges require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. Merch items must be unused and in the same condition they were received. Sale items do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- Damaged items (not related to carrier).
- Missing items
- Late delivery or improper handling by carrier
- 30 day limit on all refunds
- Please review your order upon delivery and report any issue to customer care at wecare@kylesorganics.com.
- As part of our refund policy we reserve the right to resolve any issues with your order in the form of product replacement, online store credit or partial/full refund and if applicable will include shipping.

- Incorrect shipping address when ordering.
